Dr. J’s 2nd Annual Summer T-Shirt Contest

Would you like to win a $50 gift certificate to your favorite store? To enter Dr. J's Summer T-Shirt contest, simply take a picture wearing your Dr. J t-shirt this summer! You can be sporting your t-shirt while swimming, at the movies, shopping, eating out, on vacation, at summer school, playing on the playground, or even at your next dental appointment.

Are you feeling lucky?

Do you have any good luck charms, or slight superstitions that you believe are associated with good luck? Here at Dr. Jensen's office, we create our own luck! In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, however, we are hosting a "wearing of the green" contest to bring out the Irish in us all.

To enter, simply send us a photo of you wearing green to our office. All contest participants will be entered into our St. Patrick's Day drawing for a $25 gift card to Target.
